Having been a classical, acoustic and electric guitar teacher as well as a bass and ukulele teacher with Adagio and now Sonart since 1994, Louis also has 22 years of organising, directing and producing  concerts for Adagio. He’s also well-versed in various musical activities such as making arrangements for string ensembles and choirs, writing sheet music for groups, creating soundtracks as well as arranging music for multiple artists. 

He has produced two of his own albums: Ouverture in 2013 and Les temps étranges in 2021.

He has collaborating with many artists such as:

Richard Séguin (pre-production and recording of the disc Aux Portes du Matin), Chester Thompson (Genesis, Weather Report, Frank Zappa) (Show and improvisation during a clinic), Pierre Lapointe (Live show on R-C’s radio), Bïa (Live show on R-C’s radio), Dorothée Berryman (Live show on R-C’s radio), Pierre Barou (Live show on R-C’s radio), Micheline Scott (Concerts Édith Piaf/Judy Garland at the Casino’s theatre in Hull for two seasons), Bob Harrison (Blues concerts in Montreal and St-Sauveur), Stephane McNicoll (Shows in the Gatineau region and disc pre-production) ,Jean-Jacques Égli (Sweet People) (concerts and launch tours), Jean-Guy Lacroix (concerts in Montreal and disc pre-production), Manon Brunet (concerts in Montréal), Janie Renée (launch concerts, disc pre-production and recording), Donald Poisson (three albums and multiples shows) and Véronique Turcotte et Daniel Berriault (shows and recordings)

With 40 students a week for 27 seven years, he has seen his fair share of musicians!
